Your First Visit
Kindly arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure ample time for completing the New Patient form. For your convenience, you can also print and fill out our New Patient Form to bring to your appointment.
Your dentist will review your medical and dental history before conducting a comprehensive dental examination. We will examine your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, as well as an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.
Upon reviewing your medical history and conducting a thorough examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment Options
We'll help guide you through the various insurance and payment methods. We aim to streamline these processes, allowing you to focus on your dental health.
If you have any questions about your insurance coverage or the methods of payment that we accept, please do not hesitate to ask one of our front desk members.
We can directly bill your insurance company, and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by most major credit cards. Please contact the practice if you have any additional questions about our payment methods.
